Welcome to TravianVA. By creating an account, you officially enter into an agreement to follow the rules outlined below. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.
§1. User Integrity & Accounts
- One Account Rule: To maintain fair play, each player is restricted to one account per game world. Owning or managing multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Sharing passwords with players on the same server is not allowed.
- Automation: Use of bots, macro scripts, or any third-party software that automates game actions is forbidden.
§2. Fair Play & Conduct
- Bug Exploits: If you discover a system error or bug, you must report it immediately. Using bugs for personal gain is a violation of game ethics.
- Respectful Communication: Hate speech, harassment, and toxic behavior in world-chat or private messages will not be tolerated.
- Real-Money Trading: Buying or selling accounts, resources, or services outside of the official game shop is permanent ban territory.
Digital Purchases: Our official reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com. They handle all secure payment processing, invoicing, and local tax compliance. By purchasing virtual goods, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian permission.

Digital Goods & Instant Delivery
- Service Type: All items in the TravianVA Shop are considered Digital Content that is delivered instantly.
- No Withdrawal Rights: By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that the digital delivery starts immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Final Sales: All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of heart" or account bans due to rule violations.
- Exceptions: In case of a verified technical error where Gold is not delivered after payment, we will credit your the missing amount manually after your report to [email protected].
